Minnesota has been a pioneer in the R&D tax credit, passing the first such credit at the state level into law in 1981. And the law just got better in spring 2010. 10% of eligible expenses (over base) up to $2 million and 2.5% for expenses over $2M. Read more in the MOJO Guide to the R&D Tax Credit linked below.
